KitKat specialty store "KitKat Chocolatery Wonderland" will open in Daikanyama, Tokyo from August 5th to 16th for a limited time. It is completely supervised by Mr. Yasumasa Takagi, the owner chef of "Le Patissier Takagi". Along with this, the first ever "KitKat at minus 196 ° C (384.8 ° F)" and "below-freezing chocolate tree" will be released.

The below-freezing chocolate tree is a "cold" KitKat that was developed with the hint of the world's first KitKat "Moreson" with toppings. Chef Takagi chooses three favorite ingredients and a special dessert sauce from about 20 kinds of toppings carefully selected, and the selected staff finishes them one by one and cools them to minus 196 ° C (384.8 ° F) with liquefied nitrogen.
