The limited-time menus "Early Spring Tendon" and "Kamitori Toritsukune Tendon" were released on January 12th at Tendon Ten and each store.

The early spring tendon is a bowl of white fish, kakiage of small pillars, conger eel, and shrimp tempura. You can enjoy the texture of kakiage white fish and the rich taste of small pillars (Itaya shellfish). In order to bring out the deliciousness of the conger eel, the frying time is slightly longer, and the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy. The price is 788 yen (excluding tax).

On the other hand, Hanamidori Toriten Tendon is a bowl of Toriten and Toriten from the brand chicken "Hanamidori" born and raised in Kyushu. It seems that you can enjoy the firm taste and elastic texture of the savory birds. The price is 639 yen (excluding tax).
