Kakiage made with "white shrimp", which is said to be the jewel of Toyama Bay, is the main character, and it is characterized by a slight aroma and a crispy texture. The auction of Haruna that was put together is devised to enhance the sweetness of the elegant white shrimp.

Other tempuras are "Hamo" from Oita prefecture, which has been cut into bones and has moderate elasticity and delicate sweetness, and "Kishu Minamitakaume", which has moderate acidity and flesh of dried plums.
