The seasonal menus "Early Spring Tendon" and "Hanamitori Tendon" are on sale from January 11th at Tendon Tendon and each store (excluding some stores).

The early spring tendon is a dish that includes a greasy "dream basket", white fish with babies, fried lily roots, and shrimp. It seems that you can enjoy the texture of bubble wrap eggs unique to white fish with babies and the chewy texture of lily roots. The price is 860 yen (tax included) with miso soup.

The Hanamitori Tendon, which appears in the popular Meat Tendon series, is a luxurious dish that uses the Kyushu brand chicken "Kamitori". Assorted toriten, meatballs, lotus roots, and green beans made from savory birds carefully raised on a special feed containing extracts such as seaweed and herbs. You can enjoy the firm taste and elastic texture of the savory birds. The price is 680 yen (tax included) with miso soup.
