This year is the “foie gras year-end party”! At Jonathan, you can enjoy a luxurious new menu using foie gras and truffles.

The "Foie Gras & Truffle French Dining Fair" will be held from December 12th at each Jonathan store, offering a new menu using foie gras.

Melting foie gras and meat harmony

At the "Foie Gras & Truffle French Dining Fair", two new menus, "Foie Gras & Fillet Steak Truffle Sauce" and "Foie Gras & Hamburg Truffle Sauce" will be offered. Both use the same foie gras and truffles and are finished with an original sauce with a rich and elegant taste.

"Foie gras & fillet steak truffle sauce" is a dish where you can enjoy the melting scent of foie gras, the scent of truffles, and the harmony with the tender beef fillet. The garnished gratin-style baked potatoes are limited to the same menu. The price is 1,564 yen.

"Foie gras & hamburger truffle sauce" is a luxurious combination of homemade hamburger steak made by Jonathan and French foie gras. The truffle sauce with honey adds richness, and you can enjoy the best taste. The price is 1,144 yen.

It's okay to be extravagant around the end of the year!
