At the Big Boy and Victoria Station, the "Truffle Fragrant! 4 Kinds of Mushroom Fair" will be held from August 19th, ahead of autumn. Scheduled to end sales in late September.

At this fair, you can enjoy mellow scented truffles, fragrant Italian porcini, strong mushrooms, and domestic maitake mushrooms that are popular all over the world. Sautéed porcini powder, mushrooms and onions to make a creamy "mushroom cream sauce", sprinkled with truffle oil that spreads the fragrance softly, and topped with crispy fried maitake mushrooms. The taste and aroma of the four types of mushrooms and the richness of the demiglace sauce match, further enhancing the taste of hamburger steak and chicken.
