Marugame Seimen has never had a "Carbonara Udon" like this before. The thick carbonara dashi adds the flavor of dashi to the carbonara base, creating a Japanese style that goes well with the freshly made udon noodles. The combination with garlic-scented bacon adds depth to the flavor, creating an addictive taste.


The egg salad is made with eggs and several cheese sauces to create a smooth texture that goes well with the udon. When shaken, it blends with the broth and gets entwined with the noodles, giving the carbonara its unique rich flavor.


The crispy bacon, which is fried in the restaurant, is full of flavor and has a smoky aroma as you bite into it. After shaking and opening the lid, you will be able to smell the parmesan flavor and fresh black pepper that is sprinkled on top of the bacon to whet your appetite. Priced at 590 yen (tax included).

Tarapote Bukkake Udon with Aojiso Scent


The combination of refreshing special aojiso bukkake dashi, flavorful cod roe, and potatoes is a perfect match. The Kishu ume sauce with just the right amount of sourness and the mild butter sauce as a secret ingredient maximize the aroma and richness of the dish. The freshness of the green perilla leaves will fill your mouth with the sticky texture of the noodles as you slurp down the bowl, leaving you with a refreshing taste all the way through.


The crunchy cod roe is mixed with mentaiko (cod roe) and a butter sauce. The potatoes are deep-fried in the restaurant to bring out the aroma and richness of the potatoes, and the potatoes are soaked in the flavor of the cod roe and special broth to create a moist and irresistible taste. The flavor of the chopped nori (seaweed) added as a finishing touch enhances the deliciousness. The price is 540 yen.
