This is a step forward from conventional To go, which has focused on "practicality" as an alternative to eating in a restaurant, and was planned to realize a To go experience that is more fun and exciting. Shaking the udon makes it even more delicious by mixing the ingredients with the udon. The lineup includes a total of five types, from refreshing to hearty. The sticky udon noodles come in a standard-size ball.

I actually tried "Marugame Shake Udon: Tororo Udon" and "Marugame Shake Udon: Sesadare Salad Udon"!

with mentaiko, grated yam, chopped nori, and bukkake udon noodles, cold. A bowl of cold bukkake udon with mentaiko, grated yam, and chopped nori. The spiciness of the cod roe combined with the mildness of the grated yam is entwined with the freshly made udon.


Make sure the lid is tightly closed, then hold it with both hands and shake-shake-shake up and down! Be careful not to use too much force, as the lid may come off if you grip the container too tightly. It may be a good idea to shake it a little and then check the situation and add additional shakes while checking the mixture inside. After shaking a little more than ten times, the sauce and ingredients were mixed throughout the udon. The udon was smooth, chewy, and firm! It's hard to believe that this is To go. It's just like Marugame!


The stickiness of the tororo (grated yam) allows the sauce, mentaiko (cod roe), nori (seaweed), and green onion to mix well with the udon. The spiciness of the mentaiko accentuates the slightly mature taste. The shaking allows the whole mixture to mix well, so you can enjoy a good balance of udon, sauce, and ingredients from the first bite! I didn't know ...... that udon tastes better when shaken. ......

The crunchy vegetables, sticky udon noodles, sesame dressing, and bukkake dashi are a perfect combination for a refreshing taste.
