At Coco's, the second "Cold Udon Fair" will start on July 15th. As new products, "Cold Carbonara Udon" and "Cold Mala Udon with Pork Rose" will be released. Scheduled to end sales in early September.

Cold udon fair

Coco's will hold the "Cold Udon Fair" from May, where you can enjoy summer meals. "Cold udon" has been well received by many as a new summer staple of Coco's. With a little extra work, we have a lineup of products that will satisfy your eyes and tongue, which you can hardly taste at home.

Cold carbonara udon

By using fresh cream in the cream sauce, you can finish it with a rich and creamy taste that feels the sweetness of milk, and add richness with plenty of cheese and mimosa eggs. Break the egg yolk in the center and mix to taste. Rich crispy cheddar and crispy, light carrot chips accent the texture. The price is 869 yen (tax included).

Cold mala udon with pork roses

A dish of udon and pork belly mixed with spicy Coco's special mala sauce. The special mala sauce with beef is rich and delicious with Sichuan Doubanjiang and Tianmian sauce, and spicy with Sichuan pepper. Mizuna, kale, red radish, and tomato are combined to create a summery finish. If you want to enjoy the spiciness more, it is recommended to add the attached chili oil. The price is 869 yen (tax included).


* "Cold grated udon noodles from Sudachi, Tokushima Prefecture" will continue to be sold. "Grilled cod roe cold cream udon" and "8 kinds of sticky udon noodles" are no longer sold.
