The "Kamatama Udon Festival" will be held from August 27th to the end of September at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). During the period, there is a lineup of new flavors with an arrangement added to the popular menu "Menta Kamatama".

Menta Kamatama is a dish that you can enjoy by entwining mentaiko and eggs with freshly boiled glutinous noodles that are scooped up directly from the kettle. This time, "Menta Cream Kamatama" and "Menta Cheese Kamatama" with new ingredients such as cream soup and cheese will be introduced.

Meita Cream Kamatama is a combination of Meita Kamatama and Japanese-style cream soup. For the soup, "white soup", which is pulled every few hours every day in the store, is combined with white sauce to make the soup that you can feel the Japanese taste in the creaminess. The spiciness of mentaiko adds depth to the soup, and the richness of the egg makes the whole mellow. Enjoy the accent of perilla and seaweed. Prices start at 640 yen (tax included, same below).

Meita Cream Kamatama

On the other hand, Meita Cheese Kamatama is a dish of Meita Kamatama with cheese. Cheese melts when entwined with hot noodles, and when combined with eggs, it changes to a rich carbonara-like taste. Accented with the spicy spiciness of mentaiko and black pepper. Of course, it is recommended to sprinkle the soy sauce on the table and eat it as it is. The price starts from 590 yen.

In addition, "Ushisuki Kamatama" will be sold only at roadside stores. A popular menu that tastes like sukiyaki, with hot, sweet and spicy beef and eggs entwined. If you order the rice for tendon bowl together, you can enjoy it as "gyudon". Sprinkle the shichimi on the table if you like. The price starts from 690 yen.
