We would like to introduce "Umani Ramen" offered at Gyoza no Manchurian. Gyoza-no-Manshu may have a strong image of yaki-gyoza (grilled dumplings), but they also have a delicious noodle menu!

"Umani Ramen" is an ankake ramen based on umami an soy sauce. The amount of noodles can be changed: 750 yen for 1 ball, 720 yen for 0.5 ball, and 800 yen for 1.5 ball (all incl. tax).

The ramen is filled with ingredients such as shrimp, cabbage, carrots, green peppers, pork, and onions! The coloring is also excellent. The thickened starchy sauce keeps the dish from getting cold quickly.

The soup is not thick, but rather light. It has a rich and delicious flavor, and once you try it, you will be hooked. In fact, after eating umani ramen once, I always order this whenever I come to Gyoza no Manchuria.

The ingredients are plentiful and the noodles are soft. It is delicious when mixed with the ingredients! I personally recommend adding a little bit of vinegar, which is available on the table! You can eat it normally at first, and then add a little vinegar in the second half to change the taste and enjoy a refreshing taste.

Gyoza no Manchu "Umani Ramen" is a must-try. How about it for tomorrow's lunch?
