Thinly sliced pork loin (for shabu-shabu) 150g (5.29oz)

green onion Approx. 10 cm
soy sauce 2 teaspoons
white sesame seeds 2 teaspoons

Pork Shabu with Myoga Sauce

Ingredients

150 g thinly sliced pork loin (for shabu-shabu)
3 myoga (Japanese ginger)
about 10 cm green onion
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds

Directions

Cut myoga and green onion into round slices.
