Mixed Beans Peperoncino Style
Ingredients (2 servings)
100 g steamed mixed beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
A clove of garlic
1 hawk's claw
A pinch of salt
Mixed Beans Peperoncino Style Directions
Mince garlic and cut hawk's claw into rounds, removing the seeds.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute garlic and hawk claws.
When fragrant, throw in the mixed beans.
Saute lightly, season with salt, and turn off the heat. Do not overcook, or the texture of the beans will be lost, so just saute briefly until the skin breaks.
Plate the dish and serve.
How do mixed beans taste peperoncino style?
Mixed beans with a nice, crunchy texture are given a tangy, spicy taste from the hawk's claw and a punchy flavor from the garlic. The result is a perfect snack. Sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper on top if you like! This recipe can be made quickly using steamed or canned beans.
