Sakiyoken Shokado Bento - Tai Gohan


This is one of the "Shokado Bento" series, which is based on kaiseki cuisine. The staple dish, "Tai Gohan," is rice cooked with minced sea bream and sea bream broth, and topped with grilled sea bream marinated in the broth and slowly grilled over an open flame.
