The main dish, "Kinmedai Gohan (rice with sea bream)," is mixed with minced kinmedai (sea bream) and cooked with ginger for a refined taste. The "Baked sea bream with salted malt" is moistly baked with its flavor brought out by salted malt, and is topped with pickled mibuna.

The appetizer was "Sesame Tofu with Crab Ankake". The dish is a richly flavored sesame tofu topped with a crab starchy sauce.

The grilled dish includes "smoked duck" that combines the flavor of meat with a subtle smoky aroma, and a slightly sweet "thickly baked egg.

The simmered dish, "Beef and Burdock Root in Shiguremuri" features beef simmered in sweet and spicy sauce with crunchy burdock root. To add a touch of color, soft fu topped with a plum-shaped piece of wheat gluten is used as a topping. Also included are "lotus root stewed in white", "shiitake mushroom stew", and "carrot stew", all of which are simmered in soup stock.

The steamed dishes include two bite-sized "traditional shiomai" with the rich flavor of pork and dried scallops, and "yuzu no kojou (yuzu citrus fruit) and shishito (green pepper) fried in soy sauce" which are softly steamed with chopped yuzu kneaded into the fish paste to spread its refreshing aroma.

The savory dish is "mikan namasu," a gently sweet dish to which tangerines, which are in season in winter, have been added, and the sweet dish is "salted soy bean daifuku," a bite-sized sweet bean cake with a salty flavor.
