Hotto Motto stores will start selling "Beef Kalubi Jyu (Mushrooms with garlic soy sauce)" and "Beef Kalubi Jyu (Special sweet and spicy yakiniku sauce)" using "Certified Angus beef", the highest quality among Angus beef, on September 13. (special sweet and spicy yakiniku sauce)" will be on sale from September 13 (except at some stores). Each is priced at 790 yen (tax included).

Beef Kalubi Jyu (Beef Kalubi Stack) is made with beef (certified Angus beef) that is cut thicker than usual and tailored to be satisfying. It is seasoned with "Mushroom Fragrance Garlic Soy Sauce," a garlic soy sauce base with flavors of mushrooms, porcini, and truffle salt. Accompanied by fried eggplant and sweet potato.

Beef kalubi jyu (beef ribs) is cut thicker than usual and made with tailored beef (certified Angus beef). It is seasoned with "special sweet and spicy yakiniku sauce" stir-fried in a soy sauce-based sweet and spicy sauce. Accompanied by fried eggplant and sweet potato.
