"Beef Belly and Loin Cutlet Aged Together"

Katsuya restaurants will launch a new limited-time menu item, "Beef Belly and Loin Cutlet Aged Together," on October 6 (except at some stores).

Katsuya's roast pork cutlet is delivered chilled, aged for about four weeks from the processing plant, and carefully battered one by one at the store in order to preserve the juiciness of the North American pork meat, a commitment that has been maintained since the establishment of Katsuya. For a limited time only, the beef cutlet is combined with the beef belly yaki, which is finished with a garlic sauce.

Two types of dishes will be available: a bowl of rice and a set meal. It is also available for To go as a boxed lunch.
