Cut off both ends of the bitter gourd and cut it in half vertically.


Remove cotton and seeds with a spoon.


Cut it to a width of about 5 mm.


Place in a freezer bag and flatten it so that it does not overlap as much as possible. After deflating the air and closing the mouth, go to the freezer.
