Basically, we recommend refrigerating or freezing tomatoes, but if the tomatoes are still blue and you want to ripen them, you can store them at room temperature.Wrap each tomato in kitchen paper one by one.
Store in a cool, dark place with the calyx side down. The optimum temperature is about 15 to 25 degrees. As a guide, the storage period is 2 to 3 days. When it's ripe red, move it to the refrigerator.

Freezing tomatoes
You can freeze the whole thing, or you can cut it and then freeze it. Both are simply prepared and then stored frozen.If you want to freeze the whole tomato, wash the tomatoes, wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper, and cut out the calyx to remove it.
Wrap each piece in a wrap, put it in a freezing storage bag, and seal it.
Store in the freezer as it is. Estimated storage period is about 2 to 3 weeks. If you soak the whole frozen tomato in water, the skin will peel off smoothly.
