Eggplant 2-3
Pork belly 200g (7.05oz)
Leek About 10 cm
Macrophyll 2-3 sheets
Ponzu sauce 3 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Eggplant 2-3 pork belly 200g (7.05oz)
Long onion about 10 cm Large leaf 2-3 pieces Sesame oil Appropriate amount Ponzu 3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to make

Eggplant removes calyx and calyx, cuts into small pieces and exposes to water.


Cut the perilla into julienne. Cut the pork belly to a width of about 4 cm.



Finely chop the green onions and mix with ponzu, sugar and sesame seeds.
