Frozen corn About 5 tbsp
Starch 3 tbsp
butter 1 tablespoon
garlic 1 piece
onion 1/2 piece
oil 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
sweet sake 2 tablespoons
Liquor 2 tablespoons
Coarse ground pepper (if any) a little

Stir-fried baby scallops with garlic butter

material

Baby scallop 150g (5.29oz)
Broccoli 1 share Frozen corn About 5 tablespoons Potato starch 3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon butter
1 garlic, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons of sake
Coarse ground pepper (if any) a little

How to make

Cut the broccoli into small bunches and boil it for a while. Finely chop the onions and garlic.


Sprinkle scallops with potato starch, spread oil in a frying pan and fry. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.


Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and coarsely ground pepper.


Put butter, garlic and onions in a frying pan and fry. When the onions change color, add the seasoning you mixed earlier. After boiling, add more scallops and broccoli.


Finally, add the corn and fry it over high heat to complete it!
