1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
Oil to taste

Directions

Wash shirataki quickly and drain.


Cut the shirataki into bite-size pieces with kitchen shears. Wash bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and slice lengthwise into thin strips about 5 mm wide.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry shirataki for about 1 minute.


Add soy sauce and mirin and mix.



When the water content is reduced, add the bell pepper and saute for a few minutes until softened.


Add the bonito flakes and mix roughly. Serve on a plate!
