Stir-fried Beef Eggplant and Bell Pepper with Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients200 g beef offcuts
2 medium-sized eggplants (or 1 large eggplant)
4 green peppers
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tsp white sesame seeds
2 teaspoons salad oil
DirectionsWash eggplant, cut in half lengthwise, and slice into half-moon slices about 3 mm wide. Wash bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, and cut into cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and saute beef.
