Rice goes on! Cucumber Kinpira

"Kinpira" recipe with sweet and spicy cucumber. It has a crunchy and pleasant texture and a fragrant sesame accent. Also for cucumber consumption.

Material ( For 2-3 people )
Cucumber Two
ginger 2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
sweet sake 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sesame 1 tablespoon

Rice with summer vegetables! Introducing "Cucumber Kinpira" which is also recommended for cucumber consumption.

Cucumber Kinpira

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 cucumbers 2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame

How to make

Cut the cucumber into julienne. It is easier to slice diagonally, stack 4 to 5 sheets, and cut from the edge.


Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, mix cucumber and ginger and fry.



When it becomes soft, add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce, and boil down while mixing so that it spreads throughout.


When the juice is gone, turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and mix to finish.
