1 hawk's claw
How to make spicy stir-fried shrimp
Cut the hawk's claws into round slices and remove the seeds. Put olive oil and hawk claws in a small frying pan and heat over low heat.
When the scent of hawk's claws comes out, increase to medium heat, add peeled shrimp and fry.
