1 tablespoon salad oil
A]
200 g canned tomatoes
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
A pinch of potato starch

Saute beef and onion in a pan with garlic and salad oil. When the meat changes color, add shimeji mushrooms and saute further.
Add [A] to the pot, mix, and cook for 3 minutes.
Working time is about 15 minutes. Serve the rice on a large plate with hashed rice and a salad on the side for a café-style dish.
What does it taste like?
The rich flavor is infused with the goodness of Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. The more you chew the beef, the more the flavor layers on top of each other, creating a luxurious feeling. Thanks to the acidity of the tomatoes, the aftertaste is somewhat refreshing. If you do not like acidity, add a little honey when making this dish for a milder taste.
It is a new discovery that it is so easy to make delicious hashed rice without having to buy a roux. Please give it a try!
