Ingredients

- Enough oil for frying
- As much broccoli as you like
- As much mayonnaise or other seasonings as you like

Directions

1. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces (small bunches) and pat dry with kitchen paper. Wipe thoroughly because any remaining water will cause the oil to splash when deep-frying.


2. Heat oil to about 160 degrees and deep fry for 3 minutes.


3. Drain off the oil and serve!
