Strawberry brulee parfait with layered vanilla ice cream, strawberry sorbet, caramelised creme brulee and plenty of strawberry fruit. The price is 880 yen (excluding tax, the price is different at some stores). It looks gorgeous and looks like a photo.

It's messed up from the first bite !! The crispy caramelized surface melts softly when you put it in your mouth, and the browned aroma and the sweetness of Brulee spread on your tongue.
If you dig a little, not only strawberries but also bananas and nuts will appear. The sweetness and sourness of the fruit can be played along with the taste of Brulee's caramel, which is so mellow that you can drink it.
The taste changes further from here. A soft cream, kyun and cold strawberry sorbet will appear. You can enjoy a good balance of sweetness and sourness by simmering it with the brulee remaining on the top and the vanilla ice cream on the bottom.
