"Strawberry shortcake tailoring" is a glass dessert made by layering whipped cream, strawberries, strawberry sorbet, etc. on a cocoa sponge and spreading crispy fiantine. The mellow whipped cream and sweet and sour strawberries go well together. The price is 626 yen.


"Seasonal Cream Anmitsu ~ Strawberry ~" is a smooth agar made from domestic Amakusa topped with Azuki Tokachi, vanilla ice cream, and strawberries. The simple material enhances the flavor of strawberries. The price is 842 yen.
