At the Entremets Glacé specialty store, Grassel Omotesando, the new "Parfait Versailles" and "Chocolat Lamb Leysin Parfait" from "Adult Luxury Parfait" are on sale.

Parfait Versailles is a parfait inspired by the gorgeous Palace of Versailles and Marie Antoinette, Queen of France. Champagne sorbet and jelly with rose scent, vanilla ice cream with seasonal strawberry compote, and framboise meringue are combined. The price is 1,600 yen (excluding tax).


Chocolat Lamb Raisin Parfait is a parfait made with plenty of discerning rum raisins, which are made by soaking the raisins of the Okayama grape "Seto Giants" in the rum of Badine's Dillon Distillery. The chocolate creme brulee and the glass chocolate with rum are said to be a bittersweet accent. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax).
