Marugame Seimen has started the second "Saitama Udon Festival"! "Uma Spicy Kamatama" with plenty of ground beef

The 2nd Udon Festival!

The "2nd Marugame Udon Festival" will be held from October 1st at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). Limited time until late October.

The second edition of the " Udon Festival " held from August 27th. A total of 4 products will be on sale, including "Uma Spicy Kamatama" and "Champon Udon" limited to roadside stores, in addition to the previous lineup.

Uma Spicy Kamatama is a combination of hot and chewy Kamatama udon that is scooped up directly from the kettle and sweet and spicy ground beef. Minced beef is mixed with gochujang and garlic to give it a spicy and delicious taste. Mixing raw eggs will add mellowness and richness. If you like, we also recommend adding ginger and green onions. Prices start at 650 yen (tax included, same below).

Uma spicy meat Kamatama

Champon udon is a combination of pork bone-based soup, cabbage, corn, wood ear, bean sprouts, carrots and other vegetables, pork, and scallops. The vegetables that leave a moderately crispy feeling and the soup that you can feel the sweetness and umami of seafood go well with the freshly made chewy udon noodles. The price starts from 690 yen.
