Marugame Seimen will sell "Yama-Masu Asari Udon" from Tuesday, March 7 to late April. During the same period, "Umashiri Tangy Udon" will be available at some stores in shopping centers and other locations. Due to its popularity, "Kamo Negi Udon" will be on sale until late April. Yakitate Meat Udon" is on sale.

Yamayasu Asari

Udon

The popular springtime staple "Yamayasu Asari Udon" will be available again this year. After receiving an order, a special broth made from Hokkaido kelp and carefully selected shavings is poured into the udon, and the flavor of the asari is added.

The udon noodles are freshly made and served directly from the boiling pot into the bowl, which can only be enjoyed at the restaurant. The noodles are hot and have a fluffy texture with a little fluff left on the surface. The udon noodles are served hot with a fluffy texture, and the flavorful broth is well mixed with the freshly made udon noodles and the special broth.

Yakitate Niku Udon (Freshly Grilled Meat Udon

): Beef, onions, and a soy sauce-based broth are added to the udon after it is ordered, and it is then grilled to perfection. Because it is cooked right in front of your eyes, the sound and aroma of the beef being grilled will whet your appetite for a bowl of udon.

Both "hot" and "cold" are available, but we recommend the "cold" version. The udon noodles, freshly cooked beef and onions, and the water-battered udon noodles, which are characterized by their smooth texture and chewy firmness, will give you a great taste as you chew them together.

The price including tax is 750 yen for (ordinary), 890 yen for (large), and 1,030 yen for (special). Take-out is only available for (ordinary) and (large) sizes, and a separate charge of 40 yen per cup is required for the container. Uma-Spicy

Tangy Udon Some stores, including shopping centers, will once again offer the popular "Uma-Spicy Tangy Udon" that has been popular every year. The thick tantalizing soup is combined with minced minced chicken, aromatic raayu, colorful spinach, and bonito powder.

The special soup is made from Hokkaido kelp and carefully selected shavings of kelp and white dashi (soup stock) every few hours, combined with the flavor and aroma of thick sesame seeds, and goes perfectly with the freshly made udon noodles. The spicy chicken and pork minced minced meat with hot chili peppers adds an extra spiciness to the dish, and the flavor of the meat is also well worth tasting.

The price including tax is 690 yen for (average), 830 yen for (large), and 970 yen for (special). Take-out is available only for (ordinary) and (large) bowls, and a separate charge of 40 yen per bowl will be added to the price.

Kamo

Negi Udon We decided to continue selling the popular "Kamo Negi Udon" in the hope that more people will enjoy it. The rich special broth that infuses the fat and sweetness of the delicious duck leg meat and the sweetness of the fragrant grilled leeks is intertwined with the freshly made udon noodles. Yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) and mitsuba (mitsuba leaves) add an elegant accent.

Priced at 740 yen (regular), 880 yen (large), and 1,020 yen (special) including tax. No takeout. Available mainly at roadside stores (independent stores located mainly along main roads).
