Miso Mayo Gratin with Tofu Taste?
Delicious! An exquisite fusion of Japanese and Western flavors! The richness of the mild miso mayo and the umami of the hot, melt-in-your-mouth cheese, all entwined with the smooth, fluffy tofu.... The creamy, sweet and salty taste whets the appetite.
Even though there is a lot of tofu in this dish, it is easy to eat smoothly, so you may want to make it with plenty of vegetables added. I think it would also be delicious with baguette for dipping or rice for a doria-like dish! Give it a try.
