Tofu Omelette Rice Recipe

Ingredients

・Cotton Tofu 1 piece
・Four sausages
・Onion 1/2
・Ketchup 2 tablespoons
・Salt and pepper to taste
・Olive oil to taste
・2 eggs

Directions

1. Fry drained tofu in a frying pan to make a thick batter.


You can also cover the tofu with kitchen paper and put it in the refrigerator, but it will be quicker if you cover it with kitchen paper and warm it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
