This is a Uji matcha cake made from matcha that has been combined (*) at a long-established tea shop in Kyoto. It uses only matcha selected by craftsmen to maximize the deliciousness of matcha.
All sizes are No. 3 size (diameter about 9 cm), and 1 to 2 servings are a guide. The tray that comes with the product can be cut at the four corners by hand and can also be used as a plate.
