Cafe & Meal MUJI "Citrus Tiramisu"

It was introduced on the official blog that "Citrus Tiramisu" appeared as the third in the "CHEF'S DESSERT" series of Cafe & Meal MUJI. It is available until the end of December. The selling price is 650 yen (tax included).

Citrus tiramisu

The mascarpone cheese was mixed with egg yolk sauce using citrus juice from Ehime prefecture, and combined with the biscuit dough soaked with the juice. Accented with the bittersweetness of coffee-flavored hand-baked rice crackers.

It was designed by Chef Eriko Kishimoto, a slow food meister of the Italian Slow Food Association. The taste of Ehime prefecture, where Chef Kishimoto was born, and Gifu prefecture, where he grew up, is combined with traditional Italian sweets.

Citrus tiramisu is available at "Cafe & Meal MUJI", "Cafe MUJI" and "MUJI Diner Ginza" nationwide. "Cafe & Meal MUJI Minami no Sato" is not applicable. It is only eat-in and cannot be taken home. It may also be sold out. You will be instructed to inquire at the store regarding the sales status. The 4th Chef's Dessert is scheduled to start in early January 2022.
