MUJI's chilled sweets series will launch a new spring/summer-only product, "Berry Mousse-Tailored Cheesecake," on April 21. It will be available at 137 MUJI limited edition stores nationwide (stores handling chilled sweets). Priced at 350 yen per piece (tax included). Limited to spring and summer.

Cheesecake with berry mousse

This is a cake only available in early summer, featuring baked cheese made with rich cream cheese topped with a berry mousse made from a mix of four types of berries for a fresh and gentle sweet and sour taste. The baked cheese has a moist texture. The mousse is made mainly from raspberries, which are characterized by their rich sweetness, strawberries, which provide the base for the aroma and flavor, and blackberries and redcurrants, which add depth to the flavor. Blueberry jam is added between the berry mousse and baked cheese to accentuate the flavor and texture. You can enjoy the contrast between the light texture of the mousse and the rich cheesecake.

MUJI's "Berry Mousse-Tailored Cheesecake" offers two different tastes: the sweet and sour taste of the mixed berries and the richness of the cheese. The product is only available for a limited time, so be sure to get in early.
