At each store of unattached Kura Sushi, a new menu "Aged Gekiatsu Nakatoro" (consistent) is available for Christmas only. It will be on sale for 4 days on December 21, 22, 23 and 24. The price is 216 yen (tax included).
A new series of "Aged Geki Toro" that was sold only for 3 days in June 2018 and sold 300,000 dishes a day. Carefully selected parts from the middle part such as southern bluefin tuna to 4 cm from the lenticel with better oiliness. It is further aged and hand-cut in the store, and is served in thick slices that are about twice the size of the usual "Middle Toro".
Aging super thick medium fatty tuna
The thick, chewy, medium-sized umami spreads throughout your mouth. "Healthy black vinegar sushi rice" is also said to enhance the deliciousness of the medium.
