ITSUMI

KURA SUSHI will introduce the "KURA NO ITSUMI" series of weekly local seasonal fish dishes, which will be fully introduced on April 15, 2023 at approximately 360 stores in 18 prefectures, and will be available at more than 530 stores nationwide in August. All are priced at 240 yen (tax included).

Stores nationwide will be divided into 22 blocks, and a limited number of menu items using local fish will be sold on a weekly basis. The "Jizakana Jishoku" (local fish and local food) initiative changes what kind of fish will be available depending on the region and store group, as well as on the season and fishing conditions. The menu items will be announced on the official Kurazushi LINE account of each restaurant. Examples of menu items are as follows.
