Kura Sushi will hold a "Toro to Eel Fair" for a limited time starting July 22. A variety of products that allow customers to enjoy the sweetness of rich "Toro" fat and products using luxurious unagi (eel), which is grilled using a unique method, will be available.

The natural swordfish is of the highest grade among swordfish, with a fine fatty taste and flavor. Our craftsman carefully selects the most fatty fish and cuts it into extra-large, satisfying pieces. The fish is marinated in Kurazushi's special soy sauce-based sauce, and the surface is lightly seared just before serving to bring out the full flavor and deliciousness. The price is 220 yen. Sustainable sushi that makes effective use of "low-use fish. The shira is chopped and processed to a smooth texture. It is seasoned with an original dashi (Japanese soup stock) and soy sauce to suit the light white fish, and grated ginger is used as an accent. Priced at 110 yen, it will be on sale until August 4.
