"Superior Crab" Fair

A "Superior Crab" Fair will be held at Kurazushi restaurants for a limited time starting July 21. Crabs are usually associated with winter, but Kura Sushi sources crabs from all over the world at different times of the year. The processing method is also changed for each type of crab so that customers can enjoy crabs with their individual charms brought out to the fullest.

Luxury Red Snow Crab

This is the centerpiece of the "Superior Crab" fair. The flakes of red snow crab and its stick meat, which allow you to taste the rich flavor of the crab, are arranged so generously that they overflow from the rice, creating a gorgeous visual effect. Extra-large boiled snow crab

This dish uses the "king of crabs," the boiled snow crab. The whole leg is used to create a generous portion, and the more you bite into it, the more you can enjoy the crab's delicious flavor and richness. The price is 345 yen. The product will be on sale from July 21 to August 2.

Chokani-zukushi (Super Crab Meal)

This is the "Goku no Gemini Series" that allows you to enjoy a variety of luxurious items on a single plate. The "Raw Snow Crab Gunkan" is loaded with raw snow crab flakes with a deep sweet taste, the "Gunkan with Crab Miso" is a mixture of red snow crab flakes and crab miso, and the "Gunkan with Crab Miso" is a combination of red snow crab flakes and crab miso, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of the crab miso.
