Hokkaido scallops, jade green onions, shimeji mushrooms, and tomatoes are tossed in a flavorful garlic soy sauce and olive oil that has a pleasant acidity. The scallops, whose sweetness overflows with every bite, and the jade green onions, whose pungency is reduced by warming them for a few seconds, are a perfect match for the two sauces. This dish is perfect for pairing with the main item or ordering as a snack with a "glass of wine white" or other alcoholic beverage. Priced at 495 yen.
