This luxurious parfait features Mont Blanc made with Italian chestnut paste, which is boldly squeezed onto the top of the parfait. It also uses astringent chestnut ice cream and astringent chestnuts, leaving the texture of the chestnuts intact, creating a sweet treat that fully captures the feeling of autumn.

Layers of salted caramel ice cream with an exquisite salty and sweet taste, creamy blonde chocolate pudding, and cacao jelly with a bitter flavor accentuate the sweetness of the rich chestnuts. The chocolate crisps with a crunchy texture, crispy candied almonds, and sweet and sour frozen mixed berries are also included, making this an item with a taste and texture that changes as you eat more and more.
