Marugame Seimen "Sansai Oroshi Udon LunchboxThe "Sansai Oroshi Udon Bento" combines udon noodles with colorful wild vegetables such as bracken and royal ferns, and grated radish. The combination of the different textures of the flavorful edible wild vegetables, vegetable tempura, and side dishes with the warm broth adds richness to the udon and gives it a deep flavor. Only kake (hot) is available. The price is 590 yen (including tax and container).
Marugame Seimen "Gesoten Udon BentoGesoten", a seasonal tempura that has appeared many times, is now available as "Gesoten Udon Bento". The tempura is carefully seasoned in the restaurant with a soy sauce-based flavorful bukkake kaeshi and grated ginger. The crispy batter and moderately resilient geto will overflow with flavor every time you bite into it. The combination of freshly made, glutinous udon noodles, tempura, and side dishes makes for a satisfying meal. The price is 520 yen.
Marugame Seimen "Beni Shoga Baraten Udon Noodle BentoIn the hope that customers can enjoy freshly made udon noodles at a reasonable price, Marugame continues to sell the "Beni Shoga Baraten Udon Lunchbox" in the 390-yen lineup. The moderate sourness and tangy flavor of the red ginger accents the udon noodles and the broth, making them a perfect match. The udon noodles are freshly pounded and served in a single ball. The crispy chikuwa isobe tempura, sweet and spicy kinpira gobo (burdock root), and slightly sweet egg omelet with dashi broth are all included in this satisfying 390-yen bento.
