MONTAIR "Brazilian Pudding", "4P Churros-Style Mini Puffs" and "

Cream Savarin" Three sweets inspired by treats from around the world are to be released by MONTAIR. On July 1, "Brazil Pudding," inspired by a Brazilian sweet, "4P Churros-style Mini Puffs," inspired by a classic Spanish snack, and "Cream Savarin," inspired by a traditional French pastry will go on sale. Estimated price including tax is 259 yen each (318 yen for Okinawa only).

This sweet is inspired by "Pudding," a popular Brazilian pudding with a rich taste and firm texture made with condensed milk. It is made by baking two layers of elastic pudding with condensed milk and cocoa sponge dough, topped with bittersweet caramel sauce and cocoa powder.

The pudding batter has a soft texture, and you can enjoy the milky flavor of homemade pasteurized milk and condensed milk, as well as the richness of eggs. The cocoa sponge dough has an added chocolate flavor and a doughy texture that goes well with the pudding. To accentuate the flavor, more bitter and savory caramel sauce is added. The contrast between the two different textures, the sweet and rich taste of the two layers of pudding and sponge dough, and the bitterness of the caramel sauce can be enjoyed. The product will be on sale from July 1 to August 31.

This sweet is inspired by churros, a popular Spanish pastry. The churro-like dough is baked in the style of churros, filled with cinnamon cream made from cinnamon paste, and topped with powdered sugar. It will be on sale from July 1 to August 31.

Montale "Cream Sabalan

This sweet is inspired by the traditional French pastry "savarin," with its dough and cream soaked in wine. The dough with raisins and oranges is infused with a generous amount of Western wine, and filled with milk cream with original whip and topped with powdered sugar. It will be on sale from July 1 to July 31.
