aikon "Buri Daikon" (yellowtail radish) "Buri Daikon", a stewed dish you will want to eat in winter when Buri and Daikon are delicious, is now available at "Kitchen Origin" and "Origin Bento" for a limited time. The yellowtail is made from wild Kochi Prefecture. It is slowly simmered together with daikon radish to a nice shine.

The flavor of the yellowtail soaks into the daikon, giving it a delicious taste unique to this time of year. It has a rich and shiny finish.

It can be eaten as is after purchase, but it tastes even better when slightly warmed and tossed in the simmering broth.

"Origin Bento" is a box lunch store established in 1994. More than 40 prepared dishes made daily in the store line the showcase, and more than 30 bento boxes are prepared to order. Kitchen Origin was launched in 2014. It features a store design targeting women and an eat-in corner. Like Origin Bento, products are prepared in the restaurant.
