A new concept shop "LUKE'S Hiroo store" proposed by the lobster roll specialty store "LUKE'S" will open in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo on November 30th.

LUKE'S Hiroo store is a "seafood bar" that reproduces the atmosphere of the local seafood restaurant "LUKE'S at Tenants Harbor" that is being developed in the United States. You can enjoy various seafood such as lobster with our special craft beer.

The representative menu is "Fried Lobster" (1,680 yen, tax not included, same below), which is a fried whole lobster. It's a simple dish seasoned with only a small amount of salt and lemon, and the sweetness and umami of lobster spreads in your mouth the moment you bite it.


In addition, "Grilled lobster" (half 1,080 yen and up), which is made by baking lobster in an oven and finished with rosemary and lemon butter sauce, and "Steamers" (850 yen), which reproduces the recipe of the home country using domestic clams. Etc. are lineups. Of course, the standard "lobster roll" (regular size from 980 yen) is also available.
