Similar to Sakana Bar, the restaurant uses fish sent directly from Hakodate and offers a wide range of dishes cooked in a wide range of styles, including French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese, within 24 hours of catching.

The drink menu includes highballs, cocktails, shochu, etc., centered on wines from around the world that are compatible with seafood. It seems that more than 8 kinds of glass wine are always prepared on a daily basis.

In addition, at Sakana Bar Grill, exciting new dishes that can be enjoyed by the eyes, such as grilled seasonal fish and grilled crustaceans, have been added to the menu. Grilled live Omar shrimp is offered for 2,700 yen per fish from 350g (12.35oz) to 450g (15.87oz). If you order this menu, you will be offered a risotto with shrimp miso and shelled meat for 500 yen.

In addition to the spritzer (starting at 550 yen) using a wide variety of homemade sangria and fresh fruits, a cellar that can stock more than 1,000 bottles of wine has been set up in the store, and Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial (6,500 yen). Also, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label (7,000 yen) is available.
