New summer menus are on sale from June 3rd at each Akindo Sushiro store.
"Stamina Meat Inari", "Salmon Mozzarella Basil" (100 yen each, tax not included), "Japanese-style jelly cold chawanmushi" (180 yen, same as above), etc. have appeared. There is also a lineup of "Japanese-style carpaccio" (100 yen each, same as above), which is made from bonito, red shrimp, and squid made into "carpaccio" sushi.
A new dessert is also available. "Mango Mango Parfait" with original mango sorbet and mango pudding topped with frozen mango, "Uji Milk Kintoki Frozen Parfait" topped with vanilla ice cream, red beans and strawberries, and ramune studded to create a squishy texture. "Cream soda frozen parfait" (280 yen each, tax not included) is offered.
