Saizeriya has revised its summer grand menu. Try the new menu item, "Lamb Rump Steak!" Priced at 1,000 yen per plate (tax included).

The "Rump Steak" is made from "rump," a lean and tender part of lamb from the loin to the buttocks. Since only a small amount of rump can be obtained, the thickness and ratio of lean and fatty meat varies depending on the individual, but the original flavor of the lamb can be tasted regardless of which one is used. Enjoy it with Sicilian sea salt or addictive spices as you like.

The menu says "served medium rare," but the one I ordered seemed to be cooked more firmly ......? Originally, it is supposed to be enjoyed while being grilled on a hot griddle.

The dish is chewy and the flavor of the lamb meat spreads softly. The fatty part is not too tough and is very plump and tasty. You can enjoy different flavors in one dish by first eating it as it is, then adding Sicilian sea salt, and finally adding addictive spices for the third bite. It is also recommended to order additional "Refort Sauce (100 yen)" to refresh your taste buds.
